Barnes & Noble has placed an order for THE MONSTORE so it should be spotted in the wild WITHIN DAYS!
And to thank everyone who rallied by my side, I’m holding a contest.

I’ll pick a random winner who will receive a signed book and SWAG (when it arrives)…plus a picture book critique. Deadline to enter is October 31st!

Like Ms. Klostermann, the closest B&N is to far away for a simple joy ride to take picture of a/an (awesome) book (although I’d probably get around 20-50 books). We’d have to do something special. Like go to a book signing or a doctor’s appointment (with the doctor in the area). 😦

Did a quick on-line check of my local Chapters/Indigo stores and most of them are already out of stock!!! Closest one to me has 5 copies, so I’m rushing out today to get it! Why do I need to go in person to get my copy? Well because it’s just so cool to tell the sales person in the children’s section and the cashier…”I know her, you know?”:)
