You’re in the giving mood and so am I!
If you are giving one of my books for the holidays, email me at tarakidlit at gmail dot com. I’ll send you an address to send me a SASE. I’ll send you back a personalized, signed bookplate (or two or three…however many you need).
Alternatively, you can call The Bookworm at 908-766-4599 to place an order and I’ll sign the books directly, wrap them and ship ’em off from the store.
Bonus–if you’re giving LITTLE RED GLIDING HOOD, you get a bookplate signed by both illustrator Troy Cummings and me!
Also, if you’re an independent bookseller, I can send a buncha LITTLE RED GLIDING HOOD bookplates for your books in stock. So send me an email!
But act fast! We’ve got 9 days until Christmas!
(Side note: when do we start the “12 Days of Christmas”? Is it the 12 days leading up to Christmas, the 12 days including and after, or what? I never fully understood this…)

Thank you, Tara. I sent an email. I get it about the song. How could she/he (my feminist ways) know what the gifts were before Christmas? But I think it is the 12 days leading up to Christmas.
Merry Christmas.

The first day of Christmas starts on Christmas Day and the last day of Christmas is Epiphany. Hmmm… I think you just gave me an idea.

Sweet offer. Side note… the 12 days of Christmas begin on Christmas and end on Jan 6th, the Epiphany (Three Kings Day). 🙂

The 12 Days end on Epiphany, when the Wise Men reached Jesus. Twelfth Night is Jan. 6, I think.

I bought Little Red Gliding hood for my niece, buuuuuut I kind of want to keep it for myself. Is that bad?
And, according to my husband, who decided to do “12 Days of Christmas Cookies,” he’s NOT making cookies on Christmas Day, so it’s over Christmas Eve.

This is a great idea. Also I never knew when the 12 days of Christmas started either. Quick Question: Where do you get your bookplates?

Love, love, love Little Red Gliding Hood. Unfortunately, I already bought it and keep it by my bedside for a good chuckle!
